Plastic Handcuff COP® 7-FC

COP® offers restraints specially designed to assist law enforcement personell.
- ½" wide plastic strap so it will not cut into a suspects wrist.
- 22" long
- A special security cuff cutter is available (#7-Snipex)
- You can write with a white pen on the Cuff
- Strength tested at the University of Graz (Austria):
the closed restraint breaks at the closure if you pull with a power of more that 160 kg (approx. 352 pounds)
